  Hi Kari,

  This was very interesting to me and thank you for putting it on the web for me to listen to.

  My mother recently took a turn for the worse and through my sister-in-law I found out she is power of attorney. I have asked my mother (Age 82 and very capable of handling her affairs at this time) for a copy but she says it it a standard medical power of attorney and feels the children do not need. My sister in law has made it very clear that she is in control of everything.

  Any suggestions on obtaining the information? My father was very open but he has died. Is this covered in any of your shows or your book.
