Snowday Email Alert closing announcements for Monday, Feb 8th

Due to the current snow event, KYMN has been notified of the current closings and cancellations. These are for Monday, February the 8th only.

• Dance and Fitness canceling all classes this evening.
• Northfield Senior Center closing at 5pm.
• Randolph Schools closing at 11:30.
• Northfield Public Schools will be closing 2 hours early.  No afternoon Kindergarten or Pre-school.  All afternoon activities have been canceled.  This includes the ski club.
• Cannon Falls Public schools releasing students at 11:15.
• Faribault Public Schools will be closing at 10:45 this morning.
• Open Door Nursery has canceled their afternoon session.
• National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Warning. See. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/alerts/mn.html
• The City of Northfield has declared a Snow Emergency starting today at 3pm.  This means no parking on residential city streets.  See city posting here.
