- Governor Pawlenty announced the appointments today of two new judges in the state’s 3rd judicial district. They are John Cajacob of Faribault and Christine Long of Owatonna. The two replace retiring judges William Johnson and Bernard Borene. Twelve applicants interviewed for the judgeships in April, that list was whittled down to five finalists, including Adam Dowd, an attorney from Northfield.
