A 47-year-old Northfield man has been cited for an indecent exposure incident that occurred on Division Street. Police got a call from witnesses around 11:00 on Wednesday night. Police found the man passed out behind Blue Monday coffee shop. Northfield Deputy Chief of police, Chuck Walerius says a preliminary breath test indicated the man had an alcohol content of .223. The man was taken to the Dakota County Detox Center in Hastings. He was cited for indecent exposure, a misdemeanor.
