The Northfield Historical Society now offers podcast tours of downtown Northfield. Historical Society Executive Director, Hayes Scriven says there are 12 geographical and historical points featured in the podcast, each about 7 to 10 minutes long. The audio and visual program was funded through state grants and produced with help from Carleton and St. Olaf. Scriven says you can download the tour and explore on your own, or you can pick up an ipod and a map at the historical society and take the tour, free of charge.
