Northfield Mayor Mary Rossing has announced that after nearly fifteen years of ownership, her shop, Present Perfect is “growing out of business.” The store, located at 419 Division Street, will become the home office of Coldwell Banker South Metro as of July 1st. Mayor Rossing says the new office will employ 13 local agents. The Mayor says it was a personal and business decision made, in part, due to a desire to make a change and go in a new direction. Mayor Rossing says she has some ideas about what she’d like to do next, but she hasn’t made a specific decision as of yet.
