The legendary Monkees perform at the Minnesota Zoo on July 1st and 2nd! Great interviews by KYMN’s Scott Peterson. Nice to hear Peter Tork talking about his time at Carleton, “misused time,” as he flunked out of his father’s alma mater twice but enjoyed the social aspects of college life, playing French horn, being a deejay, seeing Ravi Shankar and Peter, Paul & Mary performing. He said even Oles should come to the Monkees’ reunion show at the Minnesota Zoo.
