Paula’s guest today is jewelry artist Jessica Prill. Her work will be on display in the gallery of the Owatonna Arts Center from October 2-30, 2011. She is a recipient of an artist grant from Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council and will be showing recent work in the exhibit.
