Paula’s guests today are from the Youth Booth at the weekly Saturday Riverwalk Market Fair in downtown Northfield, Minnesota. Joining Paula in the ArtZany! Radio studio are young origami entrepreneurs Sam Wilmot and Nathan Olien, cake-pop baker Anna Ramsey, and Aleta Kolan, Outreach Coordinator from the Riverwalk Market Fair.
Riverwalk Market Fair is a one-of-a-kind open-air market that runs every Saturday from June through October in historic Northfield. Each Saturday features a different combination of organic and sustainably grown produce from local farmers, artisan foods including breakfast pastries and desserts, seasonal flowers and a juried selection of the region’s top artists including ceramics, watercolors, oil, acrylic and mixed media paintings, prints, photography, glasswork, textiles, wearable art, garden sculpture and hand-crafted jewelry. Northfield is located six miles from Interstate 35 where State Highways 19 and 3 intersect.
