Frank Balster is a Ward 2 candidate for City Council. He and his family have lived in Northfield for 5 years. In 2010 he volunteered to be on the Charter Commission. He loves the diverse nature of the Northfield community and believes he’s a good listener. His opponent, David DeLong, will be interviewed on Tuesday October 30th.
