The Stroke Support Group will discuss “Living with Loss” with guest speaker Sara Lippert, MSW, LGSW on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Northfield Hospital. Stroke patients, their caregivers and loved ones are invited to attend.

Loss comes in many forms. As a culture, we are familiar with the loss and grief that accompanies death. However, there are many other losses that occur throughout our daily lives that can be difficult, and the significant grief that follows is often underestimated. Join the discussion to explore loss, develop awareness, and learn healthy ways to live with grief.

Lippert is the Social Worker and Bereavement Coordinator with Northfield Hospice.
