Plans are being considered for housing development in the Southbridge area. Please join us to hear presentations and view concept plans for the HRA and Koester owned properties at Southbridge.
Site Concept Plans – Northfield Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will present site concept plans for their 11.18 acre property at Southbridge.
Spring Creek Townhomes Expansion – Three Rivers Community Action Agency, in partnership with the HRA, will present new housing development concept plans to expand the existing Spring Creek Townhomes.
Koester Bluff View Addition – Vern Koester will present new housing concept plans for their land in the Southbridge area.
Townhome Development – Pete Mergens of Professional Pride Realty will present new townhome development plans.
Coffee, juice & light refreshments will be served.
