A woman who led Northfield police on a chase was arrested in Washington County eight days later. A local gas station employee called Northfield police at 11 o’clock on the morning of January 19th to report an intoxicated woman. 32 year old Jillian Elizabeth Moore of Woodbury was just getting into her car at the pump when the officer arrived.
