The Northfield Garden Club will host its annual luncheon & guest speaker on Tuesday, February 19 on the campus of St. Olaf College. NOTE: this was moved from the 12th due to weather. The St. Olaf buffet begins Tuesday noon in the Valhalla Room in Buntrock Commons. Following lunch, Kathy Donahue Nass will give a presentation entitled The Beautiful Clematis. The speaker, a second-generation owner of Donahue’s Greenhouse in Faribault, specializes in propagating and growing Clematis, a vining plant called the “queen of climbers.” Donahue’s has one the largest selections of Clematis varieties in the country. The public is warmly invited.
