The Northfield Community Diabetes Support Group will meet on September 19 at the Northfield Hospital. Participation is free and registration is not required.
This is an opportunity for individuals with diabetes to share their experience and concerns with others and receive educational, social and emotional support. Participants can develop a better understanding of diabetes, gain diabetes self-care skills, and learn healthy lifestyle habits.
The support group meets on the third Tuesday of each month. The group is led by Julie Stulz, RN., who is diabetic herself and has professional experience in diabetes education. For more information, contact Stulz directly at 651-245-1705 or jrstulz@aol.com.
