The 3rd Annual RecoveryFest Rice County is a National Recovery Month event held on Sat. Sept. 15, 2pm-7pm at Central Park in Faribault. The mission of this event is to bring the community together in a fun and family-friendly atmosphere. The goal is to help more people find the help they need by strengthening the network between family, friends, clergy, county judges, social services and other supportive agencies. In this way, we hope to stimulate conversation and reduce stigma associated with chemical dependency.
The get-together at Central Park in Faribault, MN is family-friendly with fun activities for kids and adults, live music and inspirational recovery speakers, all wrapped around a free dinner.
