Stroke Support Group addresses self-care on Thursday, March 15
The Stroke Support Group will discuss self-care for stroke survivors and their caregivers at its monthly meeting on Thursday, March 15 at Northfield Hospital.

Physical therapist Beth Stember will present ideas for survivors and caregivers to care for themselves while adapting to life after a stroke.
The support group meets on the third Thursday of each month and provides social, emotional and practical support for stroke survivors, loved ones and caregivers. Meetings are always free, always welcoming. Registration is not required.
The group is led by Stember, who works with patients in Rehabilitation Services’ Lakeville clinic, and by occupational therapist Sheila Wirfs, who supervises in-patient rehabilitation at Northfield Hospital.
