Community News: Calling for Sandbagging volunteers

An unofficial check of the Cannon River levels shows an increase of 2 feet from yesterday to this morning and another foot from this morning.  We are NOT at flood stage yet, however, KYMN received a call from Northfield Police Chief Monte Nelson who said downtown businesses who are prone to flooding are now preparing.  Froggy Bottoms is looking for volunteers to help sandbag.  You can contact Northfield Shares by calling 507-403-9755.
