image001Northfield Police Chief Monte Nelson was in studio updating the community on Cannon River water levels and more:  The river will be fluctuating between 900 and 901 feet.  At 5:30 this morning it was at 900.88 ft.  It’s still a fluid situation (no pun intended)  Nelson said the City employees, the business owners and the community learned much from the 2010 flood and were able to implement those lessons.
