Woodley Street Reconstruction The Woodley Street Reconstruction Project wrapped up construction for the year on Friday November 18, 2016, and the entire corridor is open to thru traffic. The City of Northfield would like to thank you for your patience throughout this reconstruction project. The $3.5 million cooperative project between the City of Northfield and Rice County, involved utility installations, sidewalk installations, street light upgrades, and concrete and bituminous pavement improvements on Woodley Street between Division Street and Prairie Street, Evelyn Circle, and Frances Circle.
