small-victories-julia-turshen-cookbook-cover-825x1024It all began with celery.  As a kid JuliaTurshen was obsessed with cooking, lucky for us, that continued.  Julia is Teri Knight’s guest today on 15 with the Author, with her book “Small Victories, Recipes, Advice and hundreds of ideas for home cooking triumphs”.  Julia is a writer and recipe developer who has coauthored cookbooks with Mario Batali and Gwyneth Paltrow.  This book is not just a cookbook with recipes but really laid out to help the layperson become a good cook in their own right.  And spin-offs too. There’s a great recipe for sweet potatoes with caramelized onions, just in time for Thanksgiving!  julianturshen.com
