Community News: Winter Walk Snowflake ornament hunt begins Monday

5d129b5f56bbe1c3c823e36c2ad67e4fThe hunt for this year’s Winter Walk Snowflake ornament begins at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning.  The brown 3 to 4 inch metal snowflake will be on Nfld city property but will NOT be in ANY decorations. There will be no need to dig unless we get snow.  There will be up to 4 clues.  KYMN will read them each morning and post to our website.  The Northfield News will also post the clues.  The winner gets $500 in Chamber bucks. Eclipse Viewing Party at Northfield Public Library

Monday, April 8, 2024 @ 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm – Join us for the total solar eclipse! We will make cardboard eclipse viewers, pass out eclipse glasses, and all join together to see 70% of the total eclipse at 2:02 p.m. Bring a cereal box (or similar box) to make your own viewer–we will have a limited supply available.
