Nfld YMCA benefactors honored

LaVern and Barbara Rippley played a vital role in the YMCA reaching its capital campaign pledge goal.  Their pledge and donor matching program effectively ended the campaign for the new construction of the new facility which opened in the fall of 2014.  The YMCA facility has averaged more than 5,000 members each month and provides financial scholarships to an average of 650 people each month.  Check out YNavigator Camp for kids!  Pictured:  Tracy Nelson, Y Board Treasurer, Barbara and LaVern Rippley, Chris Kennelly, Vice Chair of the Board and Virginia Kaczmarek, CEO.
