Northfield’s American Legion Post 84 and VFW Post 4393 present Memorial Day Services in Northfield each year at Veterans Memorial Park. This years featured speakers were retired Col. Kevin J. Larson with the Memorial Address, Kiara Artley with the Patriots Pen, and Logan Ledman with the Voice of Democracy. Ken Grism was the Master of Ceremonies. He was joined by the Northfield High School Band under the direction of Mary Williams, Reverand Keith Beckwith giving the invocation, the Boy and Girl Scouts, American Legion and VFW Color Guard and members of each organization playing a role.
