Main Street Project, a Minnesota based organization recently closed on land where they will build an environmentally-friendly, demonstration farm on the northeast side of Northfield.  COO Julie Ristau discusses the project and the direction of regenerative agriculture.  Main Street Project, established for over a decade, strives to give low income residents opportunities within agriculture. The new farm will showcase the organization’s replicable, scalable system and provide a more expansive space for education and training programs for new and established farmers.
