The Book of Summer

Teri Knight talks with Michelle Gable,  the bestselling author of “A Paris Apartment” and “I’ll See You in Paris”.  In her latest, THE BOOK OF SUMMER, Michelle uses the faded pages of a guest book to transport readers back in time and introduce them to the inhabitants of Cliff House, a century-old summer home that’s, quite literally, falling into the ocean.  It follows the stories of four women of Cliff House from the eve of WWII to present day.  The Book of Summer was also inspired by real life events.  The erosion of ocean-side bluffs and the inevitable loss of grand homes.  michellegable.com
