Katie Felland from the Northfield Senior Center talks about a grant received from the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council that will allow the Senior Center to offer programming in all of the arts areas from artists in residence. Wendy Russell, a music educator, will be one of the first artists to teach beginning in September. Ms. Russell talks about the impact of music on the brain.
