The Book of Joy

“The seeds of joy are born within us”, Archbishop Desmond Tutu.  “Joy and happiness reside in the human mind and the human heart”, the Dalai Lama.  These two spiritual leaders, who call each brothers, though from differing beliefs, met for 5 days in Dharamsala to collaborate on “The Book of Joy”.  Teri Knight’s guest is Douglas Abrams, co-author of the “Book of Joy” and moderator for the week.   He shares stories of the spiritual pair, their playful interactions and what it was like for him to be in their presence and share in their conversations.   Doug has worked with Desmond Tutu as his co-writer and editor for over a decade.
