Teri Knight talks with Erika Sanchez on her debut novel, I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter.  In it, she draws on her own  experience as a Mexican American daughter of undocumented immigrants.  The Fulbright scholar has written a contemporary Young Adult novel about losing a sister and finding yourself amid the pressures, expectations, and stereotypes of growing up in a Mexican-American home.
