August Schell Brewing Company – The Starkeller

The first part (of four) of Corey and Ira’s Excellent Winter Warmer Adventure, where the guys take the show on the road, brings them to visit Jace Marti, assistant brewer with August Schell Brewing Company and the mind behind The Starkeller, Schell’s sour-only taproom. Sit back and enjoy getting caught up on the history of the country’s second-oldest family-run brewery, the ambition behind The Starkeller project and what lies ahead for one of the most-respected breweries in all the land.
