South end of Nfld hit with multiple thefts from vehicles

The Northfield Police Department would like to notify residents of recent Thefts from Motor Vehicles in Northfield.

At approximately 6:00 a.m. on Monday, January 8th, Northfield Police responded to a report of several suspicious males in the area of Aspen St. Officers located two adult males in their vehicle. Officers eventually searched the vehicle and took both suspects into custody.  They recovered numerous items suspected to have been stolen from motor vehicles. The suspects were interviewed and released, pending further investigation. The suspects are not Northfield residents.  Police believe they’ve hit at least 30 vehicles.  PLEASE report to police if you believe you’ve been a victim.  Read the full press release below for more information:
