The Anoka County Sheriff’s Office is looking for assistance in locating Ja-Kari Brown, 10 months, of Coon Rapids, Ja-Kari may be in the company of his biological mother Sharona Nena Jefferson, 06/14/1990; or biological father James Lavell Brown, 6/21/1985. Ja-Kari has serious health concerns and authorities are concerned for his welfare. Neither parent is authorized to have custody of Ja-Kari.
