David Hallberg, the first American to join the famed Bolshoi Ballet as a principal dancer and the described as “the most exciting male dancer in the western world,” is Teri Knight’s guest on today’s 15 with the Author.  His memoir, “Body of Work – Dancing to the edge and back”,  presents an intimate journey through his artistic life up to the moment he returns to the stage after a devastating injury almost cost him his career.   He also discusses his mentorship of young male dancers and has a scholarship fund.  More information can be found at davidhallberg.com
