Northfield City Administrator Ben Martig discusses the March 13 City Council meeting/work session. The Council rejected the NAFRS bids and authorized to re-bid under a general contractor form. Others topics include funding for the Library, a pavement management system to prioritize roads needing maintenance or resurfacing, and the Municipal ID program slated to begin in April.
