John McCarthy

Dundas City Administrator John McCarthy talks about the March 26 City Council meeting during which the proposed development of a new City Hall along with retail and residential properties on the “old schoolhouse site” was discussed.  The Council received a response from a group interested in developing the property and the Council decided to talk further with the group about its ideas.
