Notice of Road Closure: Rice County State Aid Highway 1 Reconstruction

Closure of Rice County State Aid Highway No. 1 (110th St E) to through traffic from MN TH No. 3 (Faribault Blvd) to MN TH No. 246 (Dennison Blvd) is scheduled for Monday, April 30, 2018.  The road closure is expected to be in effect until November 2018. Local traffic will be permitted; however, direction of travel will be restricted during construction operations. Initial construction operations will be from the proposed roundabout at Highland Pkwy/Farrel Ave to the intersection with MN TH No. 3 (Faribault Blvd).  Read full press release below:
