The King’s New Clothes
by Kevin Holmstrom Bradshaw
Project Purple Door is an extension of PDYT which focuses on ensemble-based storytelling, building productions through imaginative theatricality and minimal stagecraft.
This is a delightful re-telling of the Hans Christian Anderson story. The King has a splendid new suit — the Queen and all their subjects agree. The problem? Not even he can see it. This adaptation is a funny and fast-paced parable about pride, delusion and human nature. GREAT FOR ALL AGES.
