2nd Overdose victim in a week

Late yesterday afternoon, Rice County Sheriff Troy Dunn reports that his department along with Lonsdale Police and Northfield EMS were called to the 4000 block of Clearwater Trail in Forest Township on report of an unconscious female.  CPR was being administered by bystanders but she was in respiratory distress.  The victim was given 2 doses of Naloxone and started to regain consciousness.  Dunn said he believes the heroin used by this victim and a previous one this week in Rice County were laced with fentanyl due to having to administer more than one dose.  Read the full press release below:
