A Journal for Your Journey by Donna Mathiowetz

A person’s journey through grief is unique.  Each loss is unique. Teri Knight’s guest today is local author, Donna Mathiowetz, with her book, “A Journal for your Journey – the trip without regard to the amount of time it takes to navigate through your loss and grief”.  Donna shares her own story of grief, losing her son to gunfire.  She talks about how she chose the thought-provoking questions that guide those who use the journal and what happens to us if we don’t process those profound losses.  Donna clearly has a sincere desire to help those grieving feel empowered to move forward.  She is available for public speaking.  Find her website and contact information at unfinishedbydesign.com
