City officials discuss WWTP failures

Northfield Public Works Director Dave Bennett, Mayor Rhonda Pownell and Administrator Ben Martig are questioned regarding the multiple failures of the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant resulting in the latest dumping of a million gallons of wastewater into the Cannon River.
