John Fossum

Rice County Attorney John Fossum discusses charges and pending charges against individuals for the sale of drugs containing fentanyl.  Such drugs have caused overdoses requiring administration of Narcan and in one case, a person died.    He talks about Treatment Court (formerly Drug Court) and its success, and new security planned at the Courthouse including a metal detector.
