City Councilors and local media were invited on a tour of Northfield’s Wastewater Treatment Plant after 3 major events since January. One of which led to the dumping of one million gallons of sewage into the Cannon River. Another which destroyed $5 million worth of equipment and will cost more due to trucking of sewage till about the end of the year.
