Chris Kennelly of the Northfield Ice Advisory Board provides a review of the research that led to the proposed Cannon River Civic Center and the recommendation to partially fund it though a tax referendum. There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, August 29, 6 – 8 p.m., at Imminent Brewing so that citizens can learn more and ask questions about the proposed civic center prior to voting in the November referendum.
