Kathy Cooper of Rice County Safe Roads Coalition and Northfield Police Chief Monte Nelson talk about transportation options during the Defeat of Jesse James Days.  There will be four shuttles operating at $7.00/ride and JOYRIDE will once again provide free rides from the Entertainment Center on Saturday from 10 pm – 2 am.
