Storm Clean Up Continues Over Next Several Weekends

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time to help with area storm cleanup efforts. While much has been accomplished since cleanup began, there is still more work to be done. Cleanup volunteers will be needed over the next several weekends in October. For this weekend, volunteers should report to Cornerstone Community Church parking lot (1313 Division Street South) for location assignments. Starting this weekend, there will be three timeslots available.

Saturday, October 6

9 a.m.-12 noon

1 p.m. -4 p.m.

Sunday, October 7

1 p.m.-4 p.m.

Please click here to volunteer. This will indicate your availability for these timeslots over the next several weekends as well as if you are available during the week (other).

You will be directed to a Google Form that you will enable you to indicate how you can help as a volunteer – individually or as a group, or as a homeowner you still need.

PLEASE NOTE:  Volunteers who have and can operate chainsaws as well as those with Trucks/Trailers for hauling debris are in need.

As of 10/4/18,   The Compost Site on Armstrong Rd is reopened.

Thank you, again, for your continued support in these ongoing cleanup efforts.
