Pre Voter registration ends Oct. 16th

Save time at the polls by making sure you are pre-registered to vote. Pre-registration ends on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 for the November 6, 2018 election. Eligible voters can register to vote by completing and submitting a Voter Registration Application at least 21 days before an election. Voters can complete a voter registration application online at mnvotes.org.

Applications are also available at City Hall or the Northfield Public Library.  Voters may still register at the polls on Election Day, but being pre-registered to vote will help avoid lines at your polling place on Election Day.
Residents should register to vote when any of the following take place:
• Upon turning 18 years old
• They have a name change
• They have a change of address
Voters can check to see if they are registered at their current address by going to
the mnvotes.org website.
