A crash in Wells Township sent one to the hospital

A crash in Wells Township sent one to the hospital.   Rice County Deputies, Faribault Fire/Rescue and North ambulance were dispatched to a report of a personal injury crash at Fairbanks Avenue & 185th Street West, Wells Township.  Upon investigating, a n/b 2012 Dodge Ram pick-up driven by 42 year old Kris Thielbar, of Warsaw, collided with a w/b 1998 Mack dump truck driven by 66 year old Dennis Zeise of Medford. Both vehicles collided in the intersection.  The dump truck then rolled in the southwest ditch. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.  Zeise had to be extricated.  Full press release below:
