Season – Big Flavors, Beautiful Food

On today’s 15 with the Author,Teri Knight’s guest, Nik Sharma, invites us to his table filled with spices and fresh ingredients.  He blends them with ease into a wonderful book called, “Season – Big Flavors, Beautiful Food”. This is far more than a cookbook, it’s a journey, his journey from India to America. He introduces us to his blended family and talks about how he brought the flavors and cooking techniques of India to America where he’s blended them into wonderful recipes.  Sharma started sharing his cooking adventures in a blog called A Brown Table. He’s a charming interview and the recipes are well balanced for the home kitchen.  Oh and those gorgeous photographs are also shot by Nik!
