Cancellations due to extreme cold – check for updates

We have had some phone calls regarding cancellations separate from the School Districts.  We will update as we are notified.  Here’s a list so far:

This just in 12:24pm 1-30-19 Due to the continuing cold weather conditions, city offices will be remain closed until 12:00 Noon on Thursday, January 31.

DSI will NOT be picking up garbage today (Jan. 30th).  Today’s pickup will be moved to Thursday, Thursday’s will move to Friday and Friday to Saturday.  Their office is closed as well.  For more details go to their website.

The Northfield City Library and all “non-essential” offices of the City will be CLOSED on Wednesday

Just Food Co-op is closing at 6 today (Tuesday) and will be closed on Wednesday. Re-opening on Thursday morning at 7am.

FiftyNorth (formerly the Senior Center) will close at 5pm (Tuesday) and reopen Thursday morning.

United Methodist Church on S. Maple St. in Northfield has cancelled Wednesday Kids Club and Community Meal

Fare For All closed through Thursday

Eagles Club has canceled Bar Bingo tonight (Tuesday)

Rice County Landfill-Closed Tomorrow, open regular hours Thursday
