Road conditions remain sketchy

While some roads are plowed, others are not.  Rice County Sheriff Troy Dunn reports that Co. Rd. 1 and 9 are still in poor driving condition.  Many Township roads are not plowed and they have people going into the ditch this morning.  He cautions that if you do not have 4-wheel drive, don’t go out on the roads.  In Northfield, there are many side streets still not plowed.  As for downtown there is really no where to park with snow piled in the parking spots.  Check 511mn.org
